Privacy Policy
The Short Version
We collect nothing about you. Every calculation on ToolNest runs entirely in your browser, on your own device. The numbers you type into our calculators are never sent to us, stored by us, or shared with anyone. We set no cookies ourselves, we run no accounts, and we have no database of users — because there is nothing to put in it.
What Happens When You Use a Calculator
When you enter a salary, a weight, or a home price into one of our tools, the maths happens in JavaScript running on your phone or computer. The page does not send your inputs to our servers. When you close the tab, your entries are gone — we never saw them. This is true for every tool on the site, from the mortgage calculator to the word counter. We designed it this way deliberately: your finances, health details and personal text are your business.
Cookies
ToolNest itself does not set any cookies, tracking pixels or fingerprinting scripts. Your visit leaves no trace on our systems beyond the ordinary, anonymous web-server logs that every website's hosting provider keeps (such as the page requested and the time), which we do not use to identify anyone.
In the future we plan to display advertisements through Google AdSense to keep the site free. Google is our advertising partner. When advertising goes live, Google's advertising systems may use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies to show you ads — including personalized ads based on your interests, previous visits to our site, and other sites you have visited — and to measure ad performance. These cookies come from Google, not from us.
You can control how Google personalizes ads to you at any time through Google Ad Settings (opt out of personalized advertising there), or through your browser's cookie settings. You can also learn more in Google's advertising and privacy policies. We will update this policy when advertising goes live.
Contact Form and Email
If you write to us at adarinavibe@gmail.com or through our contact form, we receive your name, email address and message — only what you choose to send. We use it solely to reply to you. We do not add you to any mailing list (we do not have one), and we do not share your email with third parties. Please do not send sensitive documents such as ID copies or bank statements; we cannot help with individual cases.
Children
Our tools are general-purpose calculators suitable for all ages, and because we collect no personal information, there is no children's data to protect. Parents should still supervise younger children's internet use as a matter of course.
Changes to This Policy
If our practices change — for example when advertising is introduced — we will update this page and revise the "last updated" date above. Because we collect nothing, any future change will be about third-party services, not about your data suddenly being gathered.
Questions
If you have any questions about this policy, email adarinavibe@gmail.com and we will answer plainly.
