What to Write About
Corrections: Found a wrong formula, an outdated tax slab or a stale default rate? Tell us exactly which page and what the correct figure is, with a source if you have one — we fix verified errors quickly.
New tool requests: Is there a calculator you need that we do not have yet? Describe what it should do and we will consider adding it to our build list.
Bug reports: If a tool misbehaves on your phone or browser, include your device and browser name and what you entered — that helps us reproduce and fix the problem.
Business enquiries: For advertising, partnerships or anything commercial, use the same email address with a clear subject line.
What Not to Send
Please do not send personal financial documents, ID copies, bank statements or medical reports — we cannot review individual cases, and you should never share sensitive documents by email with any website. Our tools give general estimates only; for personal financial, tax, medical or legal questions, please consult a qualified professional. See our disclaimer for details.
Response Times
We are a small team and ToolNest is a side project, so please allow a few working days for a reply. Corrections affecting calculations get priority. If your message is urgent — for example a tool showing a clearly wrong result that could mislead people — say so in the subject line and we will look at it first.
